I won't even care if I win the hatred for Pat Garrity award or not even though I deserve that award also.

 

 

Brian Hill was a nightmare. I mean, yeah, you feel kind of bad for the guy bashing him like that, but really, he was an absolute nightmare - he cost us Darko, he set the team back years, maybe Ariza is still with us or we get more for him in trade. I just don't know what to say - I know he is in NJ, but I need at least another year to get over it.

 

I went up to Otis at a game before they were willing to fire Brian Hill and I said Otis, he looked over, and I said you've got to fire Brian Hill. He kind of scowled at me.

 

I said it to Nick Anderson and he was talking to someone - I was standing over the entrance way near the court after the game and he was laughing and smiling and talking to the woman he was next to and I think he was enjoying it - he knew the nightmare that was Brian Hill - I think he liked the vocal outrage that was building. I wanted BHill gone at least 15 games before the All Star break - I knew he would destroy the season and I was mad the Magic wouldn't toss that bum - they let him stay.

 

BHill got millions - let him do something he is good at - not coaching the Magic - how he is still in the NBA is beyond me. If I had kids and he was going to coach the YMCA kids league - I would put my kid on another team - I don't care if he was an NBA coach - he was the worst NBA coach ever that I have ever known.

 

So, my hatred for BHill out trumped my hatred for PG, but I did hate on PG pretty intensly, but I may have eased up when they stopped playing him.
