Probably because the coaching staff want him to get better acquainted with our system, since he hasn't played a full season under it. Harris relied heavily on just his physical gifts last season and is still somewhat raw. Imagine how good he can be with refinement and finesse.

It's funny you say that because I was thinking the same thing. I'd rather him sit out and have them play Nicholson and Osby more minutes.
