Natmayo Posted May 16, 2008 Report Posted May 16, 2008 Jeez, everyone is making Stuckey out to be the next coming of Jason Kidd or something. He had a good couple of games but dam.n, at the time the Detroit trade was great for us and we needed to get rid of Cato's dead as.s Stuckey may turn into something decent but its way to early to anoint this guy as the sole reason why we lost the series Quote
Marc Acres 3:16 Posted May 16, 2008 Report Posted May 16, 2008 Maybe ESPN could dig up more ways to get shots at us. Maybe they could write an article on the draft for the past 20 yrs and how we've done. How about an article on the food choices at the arena? I did poorly in my Algebra class in 10th grade maybe they could write an article on that. I swear they have a 100 gallon tank with a firehose attached to it that they are just dieing to fire into any wounds we have. Quote
bhnole Posted May 16, 2008 Report Posted May 16, 2008 I don't know what games they watched but Lindsey Hunter played **** good while Stuckey spent both game four and five in foul trouble. Quote

I agree about Hunter, I thought he was the one that really disrupted things. Quote
jack daniel 999 Posted May 16, 2008 Report Posted May 16, 2008 You know the guys on Boston never won it... Oh ...I forgot our team is still young and has something to prove... well they're old and haven't proved anything yet. screw ESPN and the rest of them. Quote
30Assists Posted May 16, 2008 Report Posted May 16, 2008 I seem to remember us going on our best runs when Stuckey was out there "guarding" Jameer. Jameer used that kid.... Quote
Howard Posted May 16, 2008 Report Posted May 16, 2008 I think it is a mistake to let Darko walk for nothing...he can be a great PF...his hook shot, jump shot and ft are better than Dwight. If he is still here, Magic might has a longer run in the playoff. Quote
DarkoHero Posted May 16, 2008 Report Posted May 16, 2008 Stuckey Nelson 15 pts 14 pts 6 asts 4 asts 3 rbs 2 rbs 0 to's 2 to's 2 stls 0 stls 33 mins 33 mins won game guaranteed win I think Stuckey has the better future. Add that Stuck's a rookie and 6' 5". I'd rather have Stuckey than JN. Quote
Live or Die Magic Posted May 16, 2008 Report Posted May 16, 2008 I love how a team that wasted the #2 pick in the deepest draft since 1996 is viewed as the "winner" here. Also, they fail to mention that the cap space gained by letting Darko walk enabled us to sign Lewis. How the merk is that little tidbit left out!? Quote
