Thanks, Kevin is training in Hawaii(not bad) in preparation for deployment. He is responsible for servicing tankers and delivery of fuel. A extremely dangerous duty.

 

Well heres to him serving and coming home safely with good stories to tell.

 

And his dangerous job is appreciated in my household and many others

i'm tryin tp represent the best i can. on the way hopefully soon will be a smallish State of Florida flag sent so i can hang that up too. would ya'll mind reading that thread about the tickets to the home opener so i'm not double posting?

Highangled, whats up brother! Im also in the army and repin the orlando magic. my room looked much like yours! you got to stay mentaly tough over there, trust me i know. i did two tours in iraq and im on my way out the army now. I got Med boarded from an injury on my last deployment i got only 2 weeks left in the army and im gunna clear this week.

you'd actually be surprised. these afghan soldiers are, for the most part, alright dudes. they don't have anywhere near the discipline level we do, but they also don't have any of that stupid crap either.

 

they're really cool to hang out with, and they have this hot-tea drink called chI (i have NO idea how to spell it, but that's a long I on the end) which is some REALLY great tea.

 

they caught on to throwing a football really well and some of them have absolute CANNONS for arms (since i'm sure they've been throwing rocks at herd animals since they've been walking)...

 

most of my guys and myself would rather hang out with them than most of our other guys. sad but definitely true....
