Those were the days. The Maryland Terps fans brought out the best in JJ.

 

As for now, JJ has to stay sharp no matter how. It appears he's going to find a role as a closer and that is not necessarily a bad thing as long as the rest of the team learns how to react in that situation.

The Magic need to play pick-and-roll if they're going to untilize JJ's talents. For that matter, it would help Jameer and Dwight, too.

 

Not sure why we haven't gone to the same style of play that Stockton-Malone-Hornacek used. Granted, 'Meer isn't Stockton, but still - pick-and-rolls make average PGs look awfully good.

Stan's offense doesn't involve many pick and rolls. Just Howard going up to to screen and them coming back down to get foul and put on the line.

 

That and Rashard/Hedo/Bogans chucking up threes. Pick and rolls dont exist and that's the strategy. Too bad every other team knows exactly what we're gonna do. I know what they're gonna do!
