we all know don nelson doesnt care about defense and would love to have even more 3pt shooters...redick would fit in perfectly...plus we get back another big body we desperately need, who has upside, plays defense and has been known to score.

i really like redick and i really hope stan van can find a spot for him...but if he cant then it makes no sense to have him rot on our bench..let him go get playing time somewhere else; seems a shame to waste his shooting talent so we should either use it or trade it to someone else who would use it.

I like J.R. Smith but yea Mickael Pietrus would be the idea fit for us at the starting 2. Plays great defense and is a good scorer and great finisher. I would go for him. Pietrus we got your #2 jersey waiting on you boy. Get here.

Mickael Pietrus #2

I dont know where you get that from, Pietrus is way better than Bogans. Hes a great finisher and plays great defense. Also plays with alot of energy and is more quicker and can shoot just as good. Bogans, LOL are you serious.

Wow... say what you want about BallJunkie, but the guy didn't comment about JJ AT ALL. All he did was post a link to a story about JJ that fans of the Magic and fans of JJ, like yourself, would most likely be interested in.

I admire the way he shoots.

Once I had a coach that would play some guys in the games eventhough they sucked in training.

When he was asked he said " there are two kinds of players, game players and training players". He was right most of the time, those guys were great in the games.

Maybe just maybe, JJ is not a NBA game player yet.

Granted he is better but way better?? LOL ok..I don't think you know how Pietrus consistency issues are. Your quote should've said something like this "He's a good finisher and plays good defense OCCASIONALLY". He is not the answer at the 2 guard. He'll just add another mediocre SG to this team. Do we really want another one of them? We have 4 of them already! LOL Enough with these inconsistent players!

To me there is to much 1 on 1 and individual play. Both on the Defense and offensive end. I think its good when a team relies on each other for defense and offense. Its a team game. You win as a team and loose as a team.

JJ is to good of an offensive player not to have a consistent role on a team in the NBA.
