Chris Sheridan reports:

quote:
Los Angeles Lakes owner Jerry Buss has displayed an open mind to the idea of a trade for their perennial superstar.

Rob Pelinka, Bryant's agent, has stated that Bryant has expressed interest in a few teams thus far, the Dallas Mavericks, the Phoenix Suns, and the Chicago Bulls. Surprisingly, however, Bryant has told his agent that the East "intrigues" him, presumably two teams, the Chicago Bulls and the Orlando Magic.

"He says that the thought of playing alongside Dwight Howard has intrigued him." Pelinka said, a void that has been missing from the Lakers team since Shaquille O'neal's departure. "The idea of a trade, however, is of course still far too premature".

Interesting. Thoughts?

Great if this is a true statement from Kobe. At least were 1 of the 2 eastern teams on his mind. Can you imagine Lewis Bryant and Howard possibly Webber in the same lineup. Its like the eastern conference allstar lineup. Im really excited IF this is a true statement.

Wow, I'm in shock. I was wondering just yesterday why the other Kobe thread was still active when there was no chance of it happening. Now I have to admit that there is at least the possibility. I still will be very shocked if Kobe plays anywhere other than LA this season.

You are correct, sir. Sorry, slow day.

You're gonna need something big. There's no shame larger than being Rick Roll'd. You might as well leave the site.
