I think offense and defense, Dooling's better than BOTH Jameer & Carlos.

But with SVG in our corner, the only PG that will be shaky is Pat Garrity.

As fr as ranks offensively, the ball will run through Rashard first, Dwight second, and the third guy is whoever else is hottest. Turkoglu one night, Ariza the next, JJ the game after, and Jameer the game after that.

I hope this team turns into one that's hard to prepare for defensively.

Nelson is the 3rd option scorer for this team. Arroyo will be what you fans want not Jameer. Just like Jason Terry, Tony Parker, Mo Willams, TJ Ford and so on. They all are top scorers at the pg position for their teams. Nelson is just like them. I dont see the problem. Hedo or Hill should have demanded for the ball more last season. It wasnt like they was gonna do sh** with it anyways. But if you want a pass first pg, then you better start Arroyo.

Rob, I don't mean to open a can of worms. I think you are saying the same as I said on my post. If you read it again I agree with your statement. What you are saying is that he's the 3rd option in the offense, and for him to be the 3rd option means that he needs to think first on making option 1 and 2 happen. SVG will let him know where he is in the pecking order. Last year with Brian Hill he thought he was our first option (and maybe BH told him he was) and that brought problems. This year with the addition of Rashard; the way Bogans is playing; D12 hoping to improve his game; and Hedo fighting for his life to stay in the initial rotation; I don't think he'll be our first option. What ever position he is appointed by SVG, he should take his shots accordingly. If he does that, I'm all for it since as I said, he has great offensive abilities; better than CA. Now, if he start taking shots all over the court and not feeding our stars then he'll be in trouble. He's not being paid 120 mil to play, so he better pass the ball to the ones earning more than him because if he outperform those players that we expect to earn their money then we need a change. If we rely on Jameer to be our star then we should then trade Lewis for someone else or even a first pick and give Jameer the 20 mil he wanted to get. When you are in the position that Rash is you are expected to be "THE GO GUY" in your team, period. Both Rash and D12 have enormous contracts and they have to touch that ball more than any of our pg or then something is wrong with our team or admin. But again, I'm sure SVG told him what I just explained and made sure he knows his rank in the team, what ever that is.

Outstanding post man.

Per the newspaper Florida Today the only position open, at least for the first exhibition game, is the second guard since Jameer will start tonight. Not saying this has to stay this way for the rest of the exhibition games but at lease that's the news for the first one. This puts the point guard controversy aside, at least for now. GO MAGICS!!!!!!!!!
