Seats Behind the Bench

Last night I purchased two seats W row 3 seats 9 & 10. We were on the floor behind the Detroit Bench. It was horrible and the seats shouldn't be sold.  The staff stood the whole time and when we asked them to sit, they responded watch the screen.  Fans support the teams and sport and for a professional team to snub fans is unprofessional.  We were also disappointed in even being put in this situation by the sale and placement of these seats. This was a very costly learning experience.
