CTMagicUK Posted November 17 Report Posted November 17 Franz having to guard both KD and Sengun down the stretch in that game probably also constituted to his worse 4th quarter. He was doing a lot on defense. Wendells defense was tremendous. OT offense was bad. Anthony Black made some huge plays and also did some really bad stuff. It says a lot about the state of our bench at the moment that Jett Howard is actually one of the brighter spots. Took a good team to OT on the road down 2 of our best players so hard to be too mad. But no morale victories an L is an L. Quote

Feels like he's the exact body type you want to be involved in a KD/Sengun pick and roll. Wide enough to not make a post up a foregone conclusion and mobile enough to not just get roasted by KD. But I guess him being a nothing on offense against an elite defensive team might have been a problem. Quote

Mose was out coached Just reflecting on Tyus and Goga some more. One was brought in for offense while the other was brought in for defense. Maybe it's me, but both seem to be playing poorly in their respective roles. I mean, Goga is now being regularly targeted by opposing teams because of his slow feet. I'd much rather play JI at the 5 or give Penda some burn than watch a turnstile. Ditto for Jase on offense for Tyus. Quote
