Boston is very likely to trade Porzingis due to their financial situation. Via twitter Porzingis is not washed.. He’s just not a post up player and Boston is not using him right.. He spreads the floor though and is also good defensively. For damn sure i’d do it for right price. Quote

He’s also got an injury history receipt the same size as Jonathan Isaac’s and Franz damn near made him look unplayable in the first round. I’m so out on Porzingis lol Quote
fan for too long 2 Posted May 9 Report Posted May 9 Porz will never be signed by this organization, given his background. Period, end of discussion. Quote
CTMagicUK Posted May 9 Report Posted May 9 If Porzingis wasn't terribly injury prone I think he'd be an awesome player to add. But 30 year old, who'll need a new long term deal, already had tonne of injuries... It's a pass from me. Quote
Luke_FfS Posted May 10 Report Posted May 10 I would not be completely against Porz even with the described problems, that I agree with. But IMO the point is another, with all the money we have invested in our 3 ex-rookies, do we have the space for another big contract? Maybe so, but we really need to spend it at center position? What we do to solve our PG holes after that? Quote
orlandoholic Posted May 10 Report Posted May 10 Pozingis for WCJ+ Cole straight up? Any day of the year.. WCJ has regressed so terribly. Probably cause he be vibing with Angel Reese. I dunno. He’s one of the worst centers in the NBA That said, it’s not an emphasis for us. there are a lot of 7fters coming out this year and in yers to come. I don’t think that skillset is unique anymore Quote

Then I'd like to pick up someone like Simons for the bench. Quote

Hard Pass for me on Jrue. Look at PG13. Look, i don’t want both. If we use our assets to make a trade, i want it somebody who can be part of our long term future. I want to trade for one special player and then continue with draft and cheap FA options Quote

If somehow we could make it worth it by getting additional assets, I think he'd be a perfect leader for this young team. Quote
Soul Bro Posted May 10 Author Report Posted May 10 Guards who interest me the most this offseason (in no particular order): Reaves Garland J. Holiday D. White C. White Sexton Simons It will be an epic fail if we don't pick up a starting PG this summer. Quote
