My prediction as of now is the only move we make is Schroder. And it might not even be today. We might wait for him to get bought out and bring him in. Might clear a roster spot today to make room. As every minute of silence passes, I’m more and more convinced that we’re not doing a damn thing worth while.

I get the feeling today is going to be super slow. Minimal deals and most of them boring. There has been so much action over the past week, that it’s got my hopes up, but I’m trying to remember that most deadline days are total letdowns.

That has happened before, when the big trades are already done in the previous week, the deadline became... dead!

As a really really low profile move, I wouldn't mind to get veteran PG Micic. Loved him in Europe, he has some guts, but obviously NBA is another story, especially on def for him. But would still be an experienced and smart PG to run the second unit, cheap contract, probably cost almost nothing. A little better than sit and watch us playing with no PG for all season again.

We can only hope and pray they at least make this trade. It would do wonders for our starting 5 mainly our 2 stars who clearly need some help out there.

The Heat are being super aggressive.

They always are, with mixed results, but always doing everything to stay competitive.

As for Schroeder, I previously asked: he was traded multiple times, if we were interested, why we didn't facilitate yesterday deal, for example, to get him?

I think it’s the difference between giving up assets and him being essentially free. Who knows, maybe he gets waived and brought in by someone else, but he is tight with the Wagners and TDS. Posted on the gram last night about how great Franz is. Fills a couple needs for us. I’d have already done it, but clearly I’m not our GM, I actually show up and work when I’m at work.
