2025 NBA Trade Deadline Thread

I'd be interested in buying low on Tre Jones. He's not a great shooter but he's a better natural PG than anyone on this roster.

I’d be okay with this as long as it wasn’t the only move. I’m currently of the mentality that we either need to do one big fish swing, which admittedly isn’t going to happen, or 2 small swings, like a Tre Jones deal combined with like a Kennard or Kispert deal.

The Bulls looking to flip the acquired players.

Wouldn’t mind Huerter. Also Knicks shopping Sims. Wouldn’t mind an athletic big either. Or Zach Collins

All minor trades, but do they move the needle much for us? It’s minor improvements/reinforcements but it’s kinda sad we aren’t aggressive to fill this roster out with a desperate need.

Id be shocked if McCollum is not available. They are in perfect position to tank out the season. They are trading Ingram and actually should also trade Zion.

I'd honestly be happy with Jones + Huerter from the Bulls. Huerter is having a down year from 3 but I don't buy that that will last given his track record.

Those guys are our guys that we don't want. In other words they were signed in the hope one day they could be used in a trade. That's it especially Collins.

Huerter is the poster boy for useless if his shot isn't falling and Tre is just too small.

I feel bad for the Bulls. I look at that roster, they have no hope. They are next years Wizards.

Yeah, anything to at least cause some sort of shakeup, even small, I’m all for. Huerter won’t cost us depth so we can bench his ass if he’s not making shots.

Hot take, Dubs should trade Steph. His value will never be higher, Warriors have a very bleak future and will never win a title again in the Steph Curry era. Mutual separation, thank each other for the good times and let him go fight for a title

Huerter cost 16 million and 17 next year what are you smoking?

Adding him would make no difference to our cap space either way (there won't be any). So why does it matter? It's not our money?

Send him to us please!  If you were to draw up a player in a lab for our team it would Steph.

Smoking? Ok..

Didn’t you just post a trade and suggest we get two of Houstons premium young players on rookie contracts?
