CTMagicUK 1,622 Report post Posted April 12 Looks like the Denver pick is going to end up being locked in a tie from around pick 23-26 ish that'll get decided by a coin flip. Disappointing when at one point it looked like it might be pick 19 or something.
Luke_FfS 293 Report post Posted April 12 Please, stop! :P (and as you wrote earlier, it could be a good move to trade that pick for a future one to mantain the assets, as we have a lot of depth and we surely don't need two rookies..)
Albert Lergier 112 Report post Posted Sunday at 04:58 PM Yes, if the visiting Denver Nuggets loose to the at home Houston Rockets today and both the Golden State Warriors at home vs Clippers and Minnesota Timberwolves at home vs Jazz win their respective games, the Nuggets would finish in 7th place and fall into the Play-In Tournament !!!! Here’s why: The Nuggets (49-32) are currently tied with the Clippers but hold a better conference record, giving them an edge over Los Angeles for now2. If the Nuggets lose, their record drops to 49-33. Wins by both the Warriors and Timberwolves would also bring them to 49-33. In this scenario, tiebreakers come into play. The Nuggets have the worst head-to-head records against the Clippers, Warriors, and Timberwolves among teams tied at 49-3327. As a result, they would drop to 7th place and enter the Play-In Tournament247. This outcome underscores the importance of today's game for Denver to avoid falling out of a guaranteed playoff spot. orlandoholic 191 Report post Posted Tuesday at 11:16 AM https://x.com/ryanhammer09/status/1911820951672496467?s=46 just wanted to share this short workout video. We will see even more coming out. But from what i’ve seen Fears is OUR guy! We must do a lot to get him. He’s the one dude that can be the missing piece in that starting lineup. Not too many fit in Orlando. Fears has all the tools and intangibles we can ask for! Attach a pick to trade up! We have to be aggressive on this! Will he make an immediate impact? I doubt it. But give him 1 year and he will dominate with Paolo and Franz playing more and more off ball. Paolo needs to be put in pick and roll situations more. That stretch when Cole was playing pick and roll with Paolo was awesome. Take away playmaking duties from Paolo and see him elevate to another level. Also we are taking away Franz biggest strengths by giving him playmaking duties! Imagine Fears playmaking skills, breaking down defenses and having Paolo as a screener and defenders having to focus on that, while also worrying about a real lob threat and also Franz cutting like crazy. Oh yeah and when it all breaks down we have Suggs or KCP draining wide open 3s
