Yes, everyone deserves massive amounts of credit here. Mosley has exceeded my expectations. Weltman and Parker have found some real gems.

That being said, i wish Anthony Parker's last name was Packer. The we could all call them Pac/man!

I'll see my self out now.

Great post and I agree 100%.  Mosley has taken our C Squad and continues to pull out wins!  How they do it is amazing when you consider they have almost no offensive players with all the injuries.  I don’t know if any Magic coach has done so much with so little including: Hill, Doc, SVG and Clifford. Even Mosely’s critics have to admit he is a great developmental coach and culture guy.

Parker/ Weltman deserve their praise as well. TDS looks like a great pick. He is at least a top 10 guy from his draft class at worst.  I think we have found our starting center going forward with Goga as well.

While I agree with the sentiment about Mosley, I don’t agree with the “almost no offensive players” part.  That just reinforces the narrative that all the offense needs to run through 2-3 players.  What these guys have shown is that they can be contributors to the offense when we play team basketball.

Maybe I should have said 4-5 of their top scorers instead?  I don't think any of our guys are me first or selfish though.  Especially Paolo and Franz.

They may not do it on purpose but our ball movement at the end of close games when those guys are playing is almost non-existent.  Everyone gets into this hero ball mentality.  They're so good that it sometimes works but it's not the best approach over the long run.

To be fair, that usually happen with almost every team. You can only try to manage it as well as possible. Experience could also help to improve that aspect.

Yes we still will have go through our growing pains. Our guys are still so young. Realistically we are 2-3 year away from a Finals run.
