I think it will be sooner than that. Especially if we add a couple of decent shooters and or a PG.

They are not going anywhere whatsoever. 

Paolo will be MVP candidate next season onwards and every season after that

Could be sooner than that too! The Joker is always up there every year as far as the MVP race goes. I think Paolo can be a 30/10/8 player eventually.
