I think he still has a minority interest, but he is definitely not the “owner” any longer. I sincerely doubt he would have signed off on this trade.

You’d have to think that many of the Mavs season ticket holders will bail.  They may have started a downward spiral they won’t be able to control, and it would serve them right.
