Pretty sure this was Kevin Pelton too who's model was quite low on TDS pre-draft. Incidentally John Hollinger who had TDS in a tier "I do not get it" and ranked 51st on his board pre-draft (any guesses why Hollinger is out of the NBA decision making game? Lol) had him as All Summer League 2nd team. Quote
