This summer league game was fun in a different way than the first one. Looked pretty clear AB and Jett weren't taking it very seriously early on and that got us into a hole. Then when AB came back in the 4th, he struggled with the handle that was evident but I loved seeing him battle and get the bucket and talk to his defender and he made some big plays on defense.

It's summer league but Jett I think looks improved athletically and possibly defensively.

Tristan Da Silva looked like the best player on the court.

Jay Huff can get a 2 way honestly that guy is fun as hell even if he can't defend a pick and roll to save his life.

Jared Rhoden and Xavier Moon also had some flashes in this game. Of the guys we've seen (because we could just as easily give a 2 way to someone on another team and honestly I'm only watching Magic games) those 2 and Jay Huff are the standouts.

Still weird to me we haven't seen a single minute of Ta'lon Cooper or Theo Maledon.

I didn't watch the game. How did Hawkins look for the pelicans? Smooth shot or did he just jack it up 18 times!

Rough start, but turned it on in the 2nd half.

His jumper is good. Everything else he's kind of bad at to be honest and I thought he got bailed out by the refs more than once.

Im still fascinated by our summer league roster.

The players i was curious and hyped kinda proved themselves in different ways.

- Love Huff as a two way player

- Culver really impressed me. He is doing what is asked of him. You can really tell. His shot looks a lot better. Good defender. If we weren’t stacked at Guard, i’d sign him immediately

- X. Moon is rock solid! also an NBA player imo

- I think Bediako can develop into a solid player as well.

- The only player i feel negative about right now is Gates. In two games, he shot at least 90 percent of his available shots. He didn’t do himself a favor imo

Worth noting Xavier Moon is 29 years old. He should look good in summer league.

I personally don't like Bediako or Culver.

Culver has got a lot of tools but he looks lost on the court half the time.

Don't see anything in Bediako honestly and he was -23 in the Pelicans game in less than 10 minutes.

Magic guard Anthony Black suffered a sprained right ankle in Orlando’s last summer-league game, the @orlandosentinel has learned.

The injury is nothing serious, I’m told, but out of caution he will not play tonight vs. Memphis.

This also gives other guys opportunities.
