Pretty sure this was Kevin Pelton too who's model was quite low on TDS pre-draft.

Incidentally John Hollinger who had TDS in a tier "I do not get it" and ranked 51st on his board pre-draft (any guesses why Hollinger is out of the NBA decision making game? Lol) had him as All Summer League 2nd team.

Wow that is impressive from Pelton. He gave us a bad grade after The Draft.
