If he does, he hasn't really shown it. He certainly doesn't have the handles to create his own shot. But with the lack of number 1 options in this draft, I like Oladipo's overall game as well as anyone's.

Smart is going to produce. He effects the game in too many ways not to have an impact. The question is how big of an impact and at what position? Is he fast enough for pg?
