Too short to be a regular center, not good enough to be a pf. But a closer body type than Bamba. I mean he’s super situational maybe?

He's just neither mobile nor big. So when you play him you get all of the weaknesses of going small but none of the strengths. 

I honestly have no idea why we've invested in him other than the fact he seems like a nice guy and plays with a ton of effort.

Maybe as an enhancement guy. MLB has guys they send down to AA and AAA just because they are good culture guys to rub off on the high level prospects. Just a guess.
