Next year we'd be able to run

fultz-Wiggins-Gordon-Isaac-dieng

MCW-Ross-Covington-okeke-Bamba

?-Frazier-?-aminu-Birch

And maintain a ton of tradable assets

It really isn’t though. If that happened, I’d be “let’s go”.

Whats worse to our cap situation? Taking on Wiggins or Hield’s poison pill contract?

Wiggins.

Hield is just hard to trade for. His contract is fine and any trade for him actually saves us a ton of money this year. It's the trade rules that kill us.

That trade still keeps us under the luxury tax next year. It's the following year where we need to make cuts and basically retain fultz-Wiggins-Gordon-Isaac-Bamba okeke plus one guy in the aminu-Ross salary range and keep everyone else lower than 5 million because fultz Wiggins Gordon Isaac would be a presumed 106ish million between the 4 with a luxury tax threshold near 147 million

That’s where it gets dicey. Wiggins may never be what potential says he could be. You would have dedicated a ton of money to a roster that may not have that guy.

Any Wiggins trade is effectively saying fultz-Wiggins-Isaac and whatever you can trade the other guys for us your team through 2022.

How is Wiggins contract worse than vooch? They are basically making the same amount. I’m not versed on cap bs, but I would take Wiggins over Vooch any day and twice on Sunday.

If we resigned Fournier to a 4 year 122 million contract and then his shooting dropped to career lows would you think it's a worse contact than Vucevic's?

Vuch in his last year 2023 will make 22 million. Wiggins same year, will make 33 million. One goes down, the other goes up.

Not the same.

But the cap rises every year so really not that detrimental.

Here's fournier's numbers last year vs Wiggins' numbers this year.

Almost identical with the exception of minutes and field goal attempts

Would you think the problem we had last year was Fournier didn't shoot 6 additional times per game?

Seriously watch them play. Are they the same?  Stats don’t tell the whole story Mr. moneyball.
