I thought it was funny how he talked about Clifford compared to how he talked about Vogel. It isn’t a huge deal from what I’m founding out. Stretching and other stuff usually cures it. I’m a avid weightlifter so just increase the back and rear delt days and stretching the pecs, neck, etc. Its uncomfortable though. Wake up every morning feeling like my hand is asleep.
