A Better DJ & Photographer 455 Report post Posted June 30, 2019 I've seen posts from other teams that they would have gladly taken Vuc for $100M. I'm not happy about it but I'll remain True blue. We need to upgrade in other places at great contracts to balance this out. We definitely need/should trade 1 of B.I.G. for a good piece since they are no longer the future for us. We need a star PG and pray Fultz is it!

Fultz4thewin 2,464 Report post Posted June 30, 2019 Realistically if we were going to give vucevic a 4 year deal it should have been similar to Capella's
The Neighborhood Bully 266 Report post Posted June 30, 2019 Since Florida has no state tax, and California is 13.3%, Sacramento would have had to bid $113M to match our $100M offer.

There's an away game tax thing so that number is probably closer to 6 million.

Fultz4thewin 2,464 Report post Posted June 30, 2019 Ok so we're something like 18 million under the luxury tax right now and need to sign Ross (or Ross' replacement), and fill out the remaining 3 spots.
