Magic @ clippers

Wasted possessions with bad shots on one end and it carries over on to the other end on defense. A repeat of the Wolves game. Same exact point in time of the game. Halfway through quarter two.

Magic had a 35-23 lead with 7:12 to go in the second quarter. They were outscored 22-12 in the last 7:12. Tobias Harris scored 10 of their 22 points in that time frame.

Basketball is a game of runs. Lets see how we respond in the 2nd half.

Precisely. The first 5 minutes of the third quarter will determine whether or not we are here to fight or simply to lay down and take a beating like in Minnesota.

The good news is we're winning while shooting 39%. We can play better

Excellent point. The defensive focus is much better than it was in Minnesota.

Wow this is eerily similar to the Wolves game I am afraid. The Magic have also had a pattern recently of once they surrender a lead it turns into a blowout rather quickly. Need to turn it around right now or it looks like it will be the same deal.
