Meh that I yes them way over the cap. Even if you did put Grant in there instead of Ross. 

There's not really a feasible way to make that trade legal under the cap.

I'd be willing to do that providing we have also made a trade for a starting PG. Mario is back to playing like typical Mario but if we can get him for a player that we really don't need I'm all in... and who knows, maybe Clifford can get him playing like Super Mario again.
