I don't even dislike his game that much but you're basically guaranteeing a Washington situation where you have to overpay to keep every player on your roster and will never have cap room to make a meaningful change for 5 years. Probably longer. 

He wouldn't even be an upgrade from Fournier and he doesn't address team needs.

I’ve been lucky enough to have worked second shift from 3-11 for the past decade, worked nicely on deadline day, but now I’m working an office day job in mountain time. I’ve already determined I’ll be worthless, but at least it’ll be over for me around lunch time

He’s signed for about twice as long, and by the end of his contract will be making about twice as much. Will be making over $33 mill in the 22-23 season
