According to tankathon 17th and according OMD 16.

Since we have the same record as the Nets, it will be decided via "coin flip". The usual tiebreaker rules don't apply for the draft

Everyone who told you we're 16 or 17 is wrong.

Order isn't decided by playoff tiebreakers, it's decided by a coin flip that hasn't happened yet.

We'll know officially today.

How can you be that wrong and get press credentials? Not to pile on the guy.

NBA rules are extremely complicated and everyone is wrong often.

Say it with assertion and hope no one daft checks... maybe okay for a forum hit the media should be held to a higher standard.   Not his fault as much as the social media-fication of journalism. I  serious.

Seems like a good guy, so again not meaning to pile on him. Earlier this year Josh Robbins dissed his chops as a journalist. If that sort of thing bothers him he needs to be better than his seasoned peers. I want the guy to succeed because he cares, just saying.

You can't go the whole year saying "Fournier is one of the biggest problems on this team. When he's not making shots he really hurts us because he's not good enough defensively to match up with quicker guards"

And simultaneously say "you know what I want us to draft? A shooting guard who is a streaky shooter (but good when he's on) but his biggest weaknesses is he can't defend quicker more athletic guards".

Ok you have a point.

Let’s package the 2nd rounder and 16 for Coby White. Lol

There ya go! I like that kind of thinking!

How would ya'll categorize the talent depth in this years draft? Are we hating it at 16, or could we get someone who could actually contribute? Also, how easy would it be to move up to where we could snag a guy like White? If we could do it, should we?

Watch Nickeil Alexander Walker next. And Matisse thybulle.

Thanks! I gave 'em a look and they are some nice players, too. I can see where NAW is probably better than the other two. However, there is something about Thybulle and his awareness. He seems to have a knack for making a defensive play. Of course, with the talent level increase in the NBA I am not sure how well that translates, but it sure is intriguing. Of the three, is NAW your favorite, or would you be happy with one of the others?
