Garland is more polished as a scorer than a table setter right now, so you could play him off ball while Fultz runs the offense and then let him have more responsibility with the second unit. If he's good you can play Garland as a shooter off ball and Fultz as your on ball guy. If Garland is only Patty Mills or Jamal Crawford then he's your bench scorer and Fultz is your starter.
