There is some. Anything sorrounding Gordkn and a pick might do. The biggest question is if they will be able to resign him. They will be way over the cap .

Based on the last five years, if we were any other team all these guys would be gone. But since they are family they get reassigned or transferred to another department. 

That is the con yes. The nepotism, but a lot of teams have a little of that.

When it comes to culture though, we got a couple of guys who’ve been here for quite some time now who contribute to it negatively.

We've literally turned over every basketball related job over the past 2 years. The only guy left is Matt Lloyd

Great, what about the 20+ years before that??? How long was Dave Twardzik in there again? I’m glad they turned it over but that just shows how slow these guys are to react. At the glacial pace they move it seems like this team will perpetually play catch-up. 

The culture needs to change for this team to come back into relevance. We are so, so far away from doing anything that it makes me a little sad.

Twardzik hasn't been a magic employee since 2012. 

The nepotism was a concern pre-skiles but post-skiles it seems to be fine as every new hire has been outside the org.
