Forum, give me your opinion on why not Tom Izzo. Is it age bias?
-How old is Popovich? 
The fact he has no NBA experience?
-Bet the Celts fans said the same thing about Brad Stevens.
Do you feel he doesn't scheme well for this team?
-That I have no idea about and that's why I'm asking.
Rosters are fluid. I want to know your reasons. He's been a successful head coach for a long time.

Looks like coaches are using our long, thorough search as leverage to get more money where they’re at. It’s strange how quiet this all has been. We gotta have a new coach by the draft, right?

It's not about age specifically. It's not like a 63 year old can't coach. But why have an inexperienced 63 year old coach? How many years do you waste getting him accustomed to the NBA? Billy Donovan, Brad Stevens both had a learning curve. How many years left does he have coaching? 

He's been a successful coach in college. It's a completely different game.
