I didn't watch the second half because the first half was too great.  That dunk by Hezonja...then the Reverse winmill by Gordon.  WOO.  Great play in the first half.  I turned off my TV...to not have it ruined.  Just checked box scores.

Third quarter debacle. Payton.

Up 8 then Frank puts Payton, Fournier, Simmons back thinking he’d extend the lead.

Remember.

Frank was clearly told to tank.

If anything it exposes our starters’ lack of heart. And chemistry.

8-4 without Payton. Remember.

No.  He wanted to win that

Yea anyone that thinks Frank is tanking hasn’t been paying attention. That guy will never tank. Usually when a coach puts their starters back in it’s a good thing. It’s just ours aren’t good.

I could never see frank finishing a close game with any bench players. That’s just the type of coach that he is.

Mario is showing why many people (myself included) were so high on him. He has all the tools on offense to become great. Sound fundamentals, like most european players, and great athleticism. His defense can also be great at times

While all of this is true before he was denied the extension he wasn't playing anywhere near like he is now. Was he maybe sandbagging to get the heck out of here instead of being stuck for another year? If he was playing like this before the extension deadline he would have been extended in a heartbeat! Heck people (including myself) were doubting he would even be able to stay in the NBA.
