These kids hitting the draft at 19 years old are NOT gonna make an immediate impact as a rookie or 2nd year player. 98% of the time they will take 3 to 5 years to develop. Juniors and seniors coming out of college are much more prepared to make an immediate impact because of not only experience, but their bodies filling out.
