Yea it’s absolutle bonkers for anyone to say they wouldn’t take Fultz for Fournier. That’s crazy talk. You take that risk everyday of the week cause the reward is worth it.

Best case scenario you have a 19 year old future all star.  Worst case scenario you have 2 future years of dead money

Fultz is damaged goods. We can do better than damaged goods for Fournier. If there is nothing wrong with him Philly would not trade him anyway.

Trading for damaged goods is exactly who we should be trading for.  Because you can rehab damaged goods

Kerr had a cushy job lined up paying him millions of dollars as a play by play guy.

Would you throw away $9 million because you don't want the Tobias Harris trade on your name?

To be fair, Kerr was quickly becoming one of the best commentators in all of sports, cushy as the job is.

Having Fultz fall into our laps would be one of the biggest strokes of luck in franchise history.  I doubt he is being discussed in whatever the Fournier discussion is, but if he was, you do that deal instantly.

He's 19.  Time is on your side.  You bet on that.

And it's not like his injury can't be rehabilitated.

I'd be terrified that Philly, who has been patient with Embiid and Simmons and gave up so much to get him, would be dumping him that early.

Yep. I am somewhat concerned, but we aren't giving up a world beater in Fournier. You do this trade every single time if you can.
