Bojan Bogdanovic was worth a late first. 

Noel was worth Anderson and two seconds. 

So basically Payton is worth like the 7th man in a good rotation. if Utah is looking to make a move for a point guard for a playoff run we could probably get maybe Alec Burks if they made the determination that Mitchell - ingles- hood-sefolosha is a good enough wing rotation

I’m not so sure. BB was brought in to spread the floor, while Noel was caught in a big logjam in Philly. EP hasn’t proven he can consistently do much of anything, so I’m not sure a contender would want to rely on him, even in a second unit. Plus, he’s going to need to get paid this summer.

He's a pretty good backup point guard option.  I was just looking at mid season last year trade values to show what they're getting.  If a market opens up for a backup point guard he's worth something. If nobody needs one he's untradable

Only thing I keep saying to myself is we're talking to teams and don't want him to play against them and play well or make an big enough impact for them to insist on including Isaac in a deal.

That makes no sense.  People are aware he exists.  Playing well or poorly has no effect on anything yet
