I think that's a move you make when Playoffs are not in sight.

We need to go with a 5 who we know we can plug in there and help us to make the playoffs. We don't need another developmental project.

Vuch and Fournier would've gotten us Cousins last year. Now is not the time to set the bar low.

No i think its naive to expect much better than a useful player and a first year lotto pick when a similar player to vucevic was just traded as a salary dump.  

We'd be lucky to get anything substantial for him. That's why I've been packaging him with Fournier.
