They aren't in that line up, but since you brought up Speights I'd honestly prefer he play the 5 in that lineup over Biyombo.

Looks like we signed another player:

ORLANDO – The Orlando Magic have signed free agent guard Rodney Purvis, President of Basketball Operations Jeff Weltman announced today. Per team policy, terms of the deal are not disclosed. Orlando’s roster now stands at 20 players.

Purvis (6’4”, 205, 2/14/94) played in 137 career games (100 starts) during four years at both North Carolina State (2012-13) and the University of Connecticut (2014-17), averaging 11.6 ppg., 3.0 rpg. and 1.8 apg. in 29.1 minpg. Last season, he appeared in 33 games (32 starts), averaging 13.8 ppg., 4.2 rpg., 2.5 apg. and 1.03 stlpg. in 36.9 minpg. As a sophomore (2014-15), Purvis led the Huskies in scoring during the postseason, averaging 17.8 ppg., and was named to the 2015 American Athletic Conference’s All-Tournament Team.

Purvis will wear #15 for the Magic.

From the other article, seems like its a signing for development league.

Orlando added a 20th player to its roster on Monday when it inked point guard Rodney Purvis to a make-good contract. In 137 career college games at UConn and North Carolina State, the 6-foot-4 Purvis averaged 11.6 points, 3.0 rebounds and 1.8 assists. He will most likely spend this season with the Lakeland Magic of the G League.

Gordon is currently shooting 44.4% from 3 this preseason.

Man, if he could just shoot 34% from 3 this year that would make such a difference.

His shot looks much improved

This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen for a guy that has barely played half a season

He hasn't played half a season, he's played 31 games. But he's a gigantic talent. For sure one of the top bigs in the last 20 years.
