Very deep roster without a star. As of now we're a 41-41 lower tier playoff team, but I think Isaac and Hezonja are the odd men out of the rotation

He's gonna earn his paycheck that's for sure. I have no clue how the rotations and lineups will definitively look.

 

Side note, I'm still bitter about the draft. I would have gone SmithJr without hesitation and trading the 25th (for the return we got) was stupid. I also didn't like the Iwundu pick--

I have to give it to the FO this summer in free agency. Nothing but smart signings. Good deals. No overspending. Guys that fit the system and should turn the conpetitivness level up both in game and more importantly in practice. They didn't force anything, they've just kind of let the chips fall and then made their moves. It felt like a very meticulated plan they thought out and executed nicely.

 

I would think a trade of sorts is on the horizon, but it's nice to see a FO show some competence for once.

1yr 2.1mil for speights not bad... all the players we've brought in have playoff experience and speights even has a ring. Gives me some hope

Crazy, saw on twitter from David Baumann--we're paying Simmons, Mack and Speights less than we paid alone for Green last year.

 

That's all the proof you need that we had a bad GM but now have some hope.
