Same here. Were I GM I would have drafted Smith and traded Vuc, Payton, and Fournier for whatever picks I could get for them. I would not have traded away any of our picks, in fact I would have figured out a way to get another top 10 pick and grabbed a shooter. We will never be anything other than bottom feeders unless we make MAJOR changes, not just add a player or 2

We should have traded up for Monk. I would have drafted SmithJR but even with drafting Issac if we paired him with Monk we'd be feeling good right now about kick starting this re-build.

 

Idk what it realistically would have taken to trade up for Monk, but with all the players and picks we have I think it might have been possible.

Not sure it was possible. Took 15 and 20 to get to 10.
