2017 Official Offseason Thread

Don't forget Iwundu. And the minutes distribution might be in that exact order as well. If Isaac doesn't play much he can't make an impact.

If Fournier, Ross and AG all play 32 mins a game that leaves 48 mins for Hezonja and Isaac. Even if we're optimistic and say Hezonja plays 25 mins (which he probably wont) that leaves over 20 mins per game for Isaac.

Iwundu won't be getting mins over Isaac. He'll play when we get injuries or when we rotate the team more on back to backs.

28 Wins Miniumun - 33 Wins Max

The draft was okay. Presents questions back to AG again. Didnt address any scoring only defense. East as bad as they might be Teams are making adjustments.

And to make matters worst, Dwight is in Charlotte where I live..... oh the irony of seeing D12 again.... smh.

Can we fast forward to next year please.

last year our rotation was

payton

Fournier

ross/Ibaka

Gordon

vucevic

biyombo

green

augustin

meeks

plus one of

watson

hezonja

hezonja was in the rotation initially because meeks missed the first 19 games. Then didn't get back into the rotation until Fournier was injured near game 43. then meeks got injured the following game and was out until game 71. then Green missed games 72-82.

we were 13-15 in games where meeks played more than 15 minutes.

shows the importance of bench shooting/scoring.

our presumed rotation as is:

payton-fournier-ross-Gordon-vucevic

augustin-isaac-hezonja-biyombo

I hope Isaac can hit the ground running. because I like this rotation a whole lot more

payton-fournier-isaac-gordon-vucevic

augustin-ross-hezonja-biyombo.

and I really like this rotation

payton-fournier-isaac-gordon-vucevic

mack-ross-hezonja-biyombo

Pistons are now hard capped and will have to shed money to match contract for KCP if he signs an offer sheet that takes them over the top.

are you more comfortable betting on reggie Jackson and this team basically being our team until the summer or 2020?

or that we can shuffle guys around and try to grab someone in the summer of 2019.
