Rich get richer? Is it Orlando's fault for being a small market and having a hard time getting free agents? Also, it doesn't stop the tank. Do you think the magic would automatically win more games? Do you think the magic would automatically win more games? Probably not I think he was joking. It would completely stop tanking, but it would cause all other types of issues. They did something like that in the past, but had to change it because of us getting Shaq and Penny via consecutive #1 overall picks, despite having the best non-playoff record in the league for the 2nd one of those.
