barnettej 263 Report post Posted December 10, 2016 We were actually in this game and playing defense very well until fairly late in the second quarter. At that point, Vogel took out the second big man, for the first time in the game, and left Vuch as the only big. I think the lineup was Vuch, Gordon, Green, Fornier, and either Payton or Augustin. Our defense then collapsed, they went on a run, we got down by 10, and even though we cut it to 6, we were never back in the game. Shows why we must have another defensive force out there if we play Vuch (brought back memories from last year). This is true to a point... Green got murdered by MKG and then by Butum, mismatchs had Fournier on Butum, Fournier made some scores but alot were last second shot clock attempts. We were in range around 2min 41-48, Where Vuc sits and Biyombo comes in. We keep it close.. MKG goes for 2 baskets easily with Green trailing. Gordon hits a late 3 with 50sec... 46-52.
