So dallas maxes out Noel (which might actually happen). And they're right at the cap with Noel, Barnes, Dirk, Matthews, Powell. I repeat. If they find a way to dump the entirety of their roster and only keep those 5 guys they're already at 101 million. Yeah that's crazy. Cuban has lost his damn mind.
