Fultz4thewin Posted September 29, 2016 Author Report Posted September 29, 2016 There were 6 teams that won at least 50 games last year, and 5 ranked in the top 5 in effective FG%. The 6th team, Toronto, finished 12th. Orlando finished 16th. http://www.nbaminer.com/four-factors/ Look at 13-14 Chicago
Bauncey Chillups Posted September 29, 2016 Report Posted September 29, 2016 I mean if we can be Grizzlies East that'd be cool. Not aesthetically pleasing but whatever.
Magicman28 Posted September 29, 2016 Report Posted September 29, 2016 I mean if we can be Grizzlies East that'd be cool. Not aesthetically pleasing but whatever. I don't think so. We are far more athletic.
Jay Magic Posted September 29, 2016 Report Posted September 29, 2016 @JoshuaBRobbins Elfrid Payton (hip flexor) & Aaron Gordon (ankle) did not practice in the Magic's early workout. Frank Vogel said they're "antsy" to return.
Fultz4thewin Posted September 29, 2016 Author Report Posted September 29, 2016 I feel like other teams are getting more juice out of their practice reports. like "[player x] is looking very impressive says [player y]"
Catalina Maria Posted September 29, 2016 Report Posted September 29, 2016 @JoshuaBRobbins Elfrid Payton (hip flexor) & Aaron Gordon (ankle) did not practice in the Magic's early workout. Frank Vogel said they're "antsy" to return. The Orlando Tragic curse continues...
Magicman28 Posted September 29, 2016 Report Posted September 29, 2016 I feel like other teams are getting more juice out of their practice reports. like "[player x] is looking very impressive says [player y]" Yeah I agree. We're not hearing anything about anyone really. We're hearing more about injuries than anything else. How's Mario? How's Vuch's defensive intensity?
Jay Magic Posted September 29, 2016 Report Posted September 29, 2016 I've got a really good feeling about our squad. We are a deep team guys! This team is very versatile and some.
jjgator Posted September 30, 2016 Report Posted September 30, 2016 The Orlando Tragic curse continues... At least my Jags are finally doing well. J/K. I still have my Gators (kidding again).
RavenclawMagic Posted September 30, 2016 Report Posted September 30, 2016 I'm not worried about what other teams are saying about their teammates. Our squad is learning from a good coach that should change them all from the inside-out on how to play good winning defense and be quick the whole court no matter how big you are. Compare the energy our players are being trained to have and sustain as part of their natures versus the lackadaisical jogging of Dwight Howard last year. I'm curious and excited for the possibilities this team can offer. I'll be buying my ticket vs. Heat as soon as it becomes available.
Jay Magic Posted September 30, 2016 Report Posted September 30, 2016 Aaron Gordon (sprained ankle) participated in most of the Magic's evening practice because it was a non-contact session. Via Twitter
