Not to mention we got blessed with Vogel to coach this ridiculously athletic/defensive team. I wonder if we make one more move or wait until next year. Trading those 2 at this point would be the grand finale to Rob's bait and switch on the idea of the Magic building for long term success through youth and character in the draft. magicblue 315 Report post Posted July 2, 2016 They are better but I don't think anyone is looking to just make the playoffs and that's basically where they are. Unless Mario or Gordon turn into stars this team is solid playoff team but no threat to contend for the east. Maybe not this year, but as mentioned if we can swing a deal for a legitimate scorer or if Gordon and Hezonja hit their ceilings we could be scary good in a year or two. I really don't think Biyombo signed here to be a backup... I don't think we're done yet. Vooch for a 3 or a 1 and still possible we retain Dedmon or bring in Mahinmi to be the backup 5.
