Political Foolishness, or Road to the White House 2016

Recommended Posts

Bernie Sanders is the best candidate I've seen in my short lifetime. I hope somehow he closes the gap. It's so sad how many ignorant people are voting for Hilary when they should be for Bernie, just for the sake of policies that will actually improve their lives let alone the entire country. Of course I don't agree with him on every little things, such as his misinformed views on the supposed wage gap, but he's the best shot we have for people like me who work over 50 hours a week to be able to afford to live without government assistance and many other things.

If Trump wins we're *****ed.

If Bernie Sanders looked like Martin O'Malley the race would be over.

Many people, regardless of political affiliation, have issues electing a 75 year old into office

Many people, regardless of political affiliation, are sub 115 IQ. If Trump wins we've officially established the joke this country has become. At least it will be great again.

I cant see Trump winning the nomination. It's effectively conceding the election.

I was thinking about this the other day. I wonder if he did win the popular vote if the electoral college would intervene.

Bernie had a tie in raw votes last night but Hillary got all the super delegates. This shows the major flaw in the electoral voting process. And watching msnbc this morning they are not showing the raw vote totals for the dems. Only the delegate total. What a f ing joke the mass media is.

don't worry so much about this.

in 92 Bill Clinton got 3% of the vote in iowa. Tom Harkin was the overwhelming winner for the democrats.

in 2012 Rick Santorum won. in 2008, Mike Huckabee

It was the way the vote was being portrayed by the so called liberal msnbc that had me pissed. Also many delegates were decided by a frigging coin flip.

are you sure they weren't talking about the 6 superdelegates that Hillary received and Bernie got 0?

No, they showed only the total delegates won. Not the vote totals which was around 49.8% for Clinton and 49.5% for Sanders. So it looked like Hillary won by a much larger margin.

If you google the Iowa caucuses you will see that five delegates were decided by coin flips and we're all won by Clinton

Note: they didn't show the total vote counts because no one has any idea what they were. Those decimal numbers are estimates from a Microsoft app.

Basically, the Iowa Caucus is dumb as hell, and it's amazing that we still allow it to exist.

It's useless pageantry at this point.

I think Bernie is one of the worst candidates to come a long in probably forever, a long with Trump. It really baffles me how out of touch most of Bernie supporters are. The guy is the worst. Socialism is not the answer for this country. That's just going to put us more and more in debt for years to come. He is a complete joke but I'm not surprised the majority of young people are naive enough to eat it up. I'm a fan of small govt and the least amount of govt control as possible, meaning I would never in a million years think of voting for Bernie.

As for Trump, the guy is just arrogant and says things that I can't believe I'm hearing. I actually agree with some of the things he'll say, but than he says something ridiculous after making a half descent point. Trump isn't even a Republican, I don't even know how he's made it this far. The conspiracy theorist in me thinks he was a democratic plant to help get Hiliary elected, and I still think that. If that's true, genius move by the left and they deserve to win for that.

So basically, I won't be voting because it's a lose/lose for me. I would go Rubio but he's not beating Trump.

I would never donate a penny to either party either, because at the end of the day it's the working middle class man that get's screwed the most. So my donations just go to the NRA & Animal Shelters.
