Nyce_1 311 Report post Posted June 23, 2016 a lot of mock drafts have us taking Skal. I wonder if that's based on something the plugged in guys are hearing, if 11 is just the range where the risk/reward starts making sense, if its just a placeholder for a team who likes Skal to trade up to, or if its a projection based on what Hennigan has valued in the past. Every mock I've read all say the same thing: "Magic need shooting and rim protection, Skal makes sense here"
Fultz4thewin 2,464 Report post Posted June 23, 2016 I like Sabonis. Not sexy but quality player. the only issue I have with Sabonis is he pretty much projects to be Vucevic. in a vacuum, great pick. For our team, bad pick.
TheNameIsOrlando 310 Report post Posted June 23, 2016 Woj reporting Thad Young is up for grabs to the highest bidder. Brooklyn wants to get back in the 1st rd. I'd trade 11 in a heartbeat for him.

Doesnt he play SF as well? Gives us more flexibility if we end up letting fournier walk.

Odin 137 Report post Posted June 23, 2016 fwiw, Thon hasn't grown since he was first measured at a nike camp in 2013. red flag. It is just amazing that in this modern world so many of these athletes can obscure their real age. Obviously these are rumors, but the number of them means there is a good chance at lease some of them are true.
