College football 2015

Recommended Posts

FSU media usually has control over whether or not things like that get out for the protection of their integrity, culture, and programs. This one slipped through the cracks.

Having been in school at Tallahassee and seen much worse, it comes to no surprise.

Anybody with a thought ?

Sure, any top football recruiting school deals with this. Florida dealt with the same stuff. Has everyone forgotten "time to die"?

Im not sure if the Cook stuff is true or not, but if it is he has to go.

When this stuff happens other schools fans childishly point fingers at the school involved, but the reality is this is national issue. It just becomes more common with schools that bring a lot of of the best players on to their campus for whatever reason.

Maybe with Bobby, but never under Fisher. Remember, the new FSU hate movement all started with a false accusation. FSU has the least control of the media of any school in the country. What Dalvin did was *****ed up and he should be off the team, but that doesn't change the fact that the media at this current moment is slanted hard against FSU.

If they weren't, ESPN wouldn't continue to call Jameis a ****** rapist. Wait, my bad, it's 2015. Thug rapist, whatever the kids are saying nowadays.

It's probably because a lot of the players that go to these big schools are used to having everything handed to them and being the **** at their high school and hometown and think they're untouchable and can get away with anything. It isn't fair to paint the organisation with a broad brush, though. As Catman said, this is a much bigger problem than an FSU problem.

Agreed. There is an AAU culture even in football.

This is a national issue on a scale through all major schools. Its overt on campus, clandestine if you're out of town. FSU controls some of it, but I will agree that they have the least control. It gets seeps through the cracks rather easily. I was speaking in depth of other organizations within FSU. Not just sports. The sports is obvious. After a couple of years, of speaking to transfer students, it came to my realization that this happens nationally.

In the punch that was in the video I actually thought the girl was the aggressor after she felt like the guy was trying to get in front of her...she kneed him in the balls ...he tried to restrain her but she broke lose and punched him in the nose first...but man, after the guy punched her she was barely able to stand, imo.

Nah, it's nothing to do with entitlement. In football you have a nice cross section of society and, in society, you have criminals. There's been 1-2 guys kicked off the team every off-season that I've been aware of just before fsu sucked and it never hit national media. Now, the media is portraying it as an epidemic when in reality it's just normal.

If Tallahassee is a haven for domestic violence then Gainesville is a haven for murderers and central Michigan, strangely, is a haven for kidnapping.

Looks like she was provoking him. He seemed to be simply trying to get to the front of the counter. Of course per the Gone Girl effect, she'll be portrayed as an innocent under any spotlight.
