Official 2014-2015 Strapped-In Season Thread

Great start ay guys........FFS.

Magic PF Channing Frye suffered a sprained MCL in left knee on Thurs.

Magic PF Channing Frye had a MRI on knee and no structural damage shown. No timetable on return but team encouraged by no ligament tears.

Magic PF Channing Frye apparently suffered his injury when a teammate fell into the side of his leg during a drill.

Knee sprain puts more of focus now on @Kyle_OQuinn who played well as starter late last season. KO worked all Summ to improve his Off game.

Frye has kind of game where he relies on his smarts and his shot instead of his raw athleticism. Could possibly aid in his recovery.

We still have Gordon

I have more faith in Aaron than Ben!

What is the normal amount of recovery time for this sort of injury?

If it is just a sprain, could he be back for the season opener?

I like Channing and I like what he brings, but he has also been tagged as soft, most of his career! I hope this is not an indication of things to come with him!

Well, my questions were answered via Video!!

Is it ironic or conspiracy......that it was Ben Gordon that ran into him? LOL!!!! I am joking here!!!!!! Just joking!!!! rolleyes.gif

Now that Channing's out for a little while I would like to see the line up that I think we would be the most successful with from the jump.

Payton, Oladipo, Tobias, Aaron, and Vucevic

Our bench would probably suck though

You think we'll be successful starting 2 rookies out of the gate?

Yea I do, There are a lot of rookies who come into the NBA and make an impact immediately.

Example:

Lillard, Anthony Davis, LBJ, Durant, Oladipo, Rose, Westbrook, MCW, Damon Stoudemire, Mark Jackson, Alonzo Mourning, Tim Duncan, Hakeem, Allen Iverson, Shaq, David Robinson, Magic Johnson, Bird, MJ etc.

I think you should play the 5 most talented players on the team rookie or not.
